Regarding the use of the profile on Youlove, these formulas with different durations are available. The ELEGANCE formula, costing 100 chf for 7 days, 180 chf for 30 days and 450 chf for 90 days does not include the option to put the profile on "Pause", The LUXE formula allows suspending the profile by pausing the contact number present in the advertisement. It is published on the Homepage with the possibility of uploading more photos and stories The cost of the LUXE formula is 150 chf for 7 days 350 chf for 30 days and 900 chf for 90 days

The "Vip" formula offers a special box and announcement with gold colorations, additional publication in the Vip area, and a distinctive logo. All for a unique cost of 2880.- for one year. With this annual subscription, you will enjoy LUXE benefits with even more advantages for increased visibility on the Youlove platform while saving 20% off what an annual LUXE subscription would cost.

BOOSTER YOULOVE

The "Glamour of the day" option offers promotional benefits to advertisers by placing their profile in the top position every 30 minutes for 24 hours. However, this option cannot be deactivated. The "Glamour of the day" booster on Youlove is available at advantageous prices: 5 credits for 200 chf, 15 credits for 540 chf, and 30 credits for 900 chf.

The "Showcase" option enhances the visibility of your ad by positioning it in the front row on our homepage, and at the top of all pages of our platform, ensuring immediate impact and strong visibility for only 200 chf per month with our premium booster (available only with a LUXE subscription).

 

Once the package is chosen and paid for, the profile remains visible for the selected duration. Profile changes, such as adding a video or changing photos, are free actions.

Youlove offers its LUXE subscribers the option to deactivate their phone number on their profile for free, allowing them to preserve privacy during periods of inactivity.

It is strictly forbidden to promote illegal products such as drugs and alcohol, with Youlove reserving the right to correct or remove such information. In case of repeated violations, Youlove can block a profile without notice for moderation purposes.

Users must be of legal age according to the legislation of their country and accept that Youlove may disseminate erotic content. The use of the site is personal and should not harm others. It is prohibited to reveal the existence of Youlove to minors.

Those who publish content must respect Swiss law and the rights of third parties, avoiding illegal or harmful uploads. Violation of these provisions entails account suspension without notice or compensation.

Every user is legally and civilly responsible for the content posted on Youlove.

Regarding intellectual property, it is forbidden to reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute, sell or exploit the Youlove site on any medium.

Youlove guarantees that users publish only content of which they hold the rights, and reproduction or use of content that infringes intellectual rights is strictly prohibited, leading to the immediate suspension of the involved accounts without notice or compensation.

The responsibility for published ads falls entirely on the author, freeing Youlove from legal ties, except those arising from the purchase of a package. The platform does not act as an intermediary, partner, manager or employer of the users.

Youlove declines all responsibility for authenticity, accuracy, security, truthfulness, quality and legality of the contents and services offered. The "certified" mention on photos only attests to the author of the ad according to verifications, without involvement of Youlove in relationships between users.

Youlove excludes all liability for direct or indirect damages caused by the content and use of the site, as well as for third-party sites linked.

Users are responsible for damages caused to Youlove due to violation of the Terms of Use. Data protection is a priority, with IP registration and country at the time of registration. GDPR is applied in Switzerland.

The data retention period is 2 years from your last purchase, after which the profile and data are permanently deleted. You have the right to be forgotten, with the possibility to delete all information in a few clicks, but without the possibility of recovery.

Youlove uses cookies to evaluate the use of the site and Google Analytics for Internet analysis. The user consents to the use of these cookies but can deactivate them in the browser settings. Youlove's policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.

Youlove offers a service without expressly or implicitly guaranteeing that the service or search results will meet user expectations. It does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service, nor does it guarantee that information will meet user expectations.

Youlove does not assume responsibility for disputes, actions or remedies of third parties that assert rights, particularly regarding content and its use.

The Company reserves the right to block profiles for moderation purposes that do not meet expectations, compromising the quality of the platform's usage. Such blocks are not refundable.

Youlove may block profiles containing foreign phone numbers, duplicates or triplicates in the same category (spam), and profiles attempting online fraud. Attempts to request dematerialized payments before a meeting can lead to blocking without refund.

In order to prevent scams and ensure real activity within Swiss territory, the platform reserves the right to block non-compliant profiles, those suspected of anomalies or that may lead to scams, for example, cam profiles with IP addresses outside Switzerland.

The conditions constitute the entire agreement between Youlove and the user, superseding previous agreements. Swiss law is exclusively applicable, and for disputes, the ordinary courts of the Canton of Ticino have exclusive jurisdiction, with an extension of other rights.
